Do you coordinate with the MEP and commissioning authority?

Yes. We operate under the owner's Cx authority and MEP scopes, attend witnessed tests, and route punch resolution through the GC. Closeout packets are assembled to the standard the owner's Cx team requires.

How do you handle change-window discipline?

Every cutover, energization, or live-system change is planned to a method of procedure (MOP) with owner sign-off, backout plan, and communication tree. After-hours and weekend windows are part of standard mobilization for live data halls.

Do crews have NDA and security clearances?

Yes. Crews work under mutual NDA on every program. For sites with elevated clearance requirements — federal, defense, healthcare — we coordinate clearance and badging timelines in scoping so the program isn't blocked at access.

What insurance, COI, and procurement artifacts can you provide?

Standard procurement package: mutual NDA, MSA, DPA, certificate of insurance with the owner named, and W-9. Carrier-specific procurement artifacts available on request during scoping.

What regions do you serve for data center work?
