HexTel was built by tower foremen who spent years on structures before they ever managed a program. That hands-on origin created an instinct most offices never develop: the pattern recognition and troubleshooting speed that only come from doing the work firsthand. What started as a single, fully professional owner-operator crew has grown into a multi-state telecom operations company — without losing the discipline that made the first crew work.
