HexTel started as one owner-operator crew. The same discipline that built our first tower still runs every program we deliver.

HexTel was built by tower foremen who spent years on structures before they ever managed a program. That hands-on origin created an instinct most offices never develop: the pattern recognition and troubleshooting speed that only come from doing the work firsthand. What started as one owner-operator crew has grown into a multi-state telecom operations company, without losing the discipline that made the first crew work.

HexTel self-performs integration on the sites it builds.

HexTel stays through integration instead of handing off a built site. We self-perform IX as a General Contractor: testing, commissioning, and validating the network, not just the structure. One accountable team from groundbreak to on-air reduces the scheduling gap between construction and integration, reduces time on site, and removes scheduling pressure from the customer.

Timelines, scopes, prequalification and where we can staff.

How fast can you mobilize?

Send the scope, the state, the site count and the start window. We reply within one business day, and the COI, W-9 and prequalification packet follow on request; mobilization follows the program's access and permit schedule.

Do you work under a prime or directly for the carrier?

Both. We work under national primes and OEMs (MSAs with Amentum, MasTec, Ericsson and Nokia) and on carrier programs for AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and Dish, and we close out to the program's acceptance standard.

What do you need for prequalification?

Nothing to start. EMR 0.96 and zero OSHA recordables in every year of operation are on the prequalification page; licences, COI, bonding letter, W-9 and identifiers go to your procurement contact on request.

Which divisions do you self-perform?

All five: wireless, fiber and outside plant, data center cabling, public safety ERRCS/DAS, and EV and power. The same crews, safety program and closeout discipline run across all of them.
