Why HexTel

Built by tower foremen. Grown into five divisions.

The same self-performing model in wireless, fiber, data centers, public safety, and EV and power: one accountable crew from civil through closeout.

Our mission: Build and close out telecom and power infrastructure safely, so people and businesses can stay connected and keep working. Mission and values

Field-First Leadership

Founded and led by tower foremen with hands-on construction experience. The pattern recognition and troubleshooting speed that come from years on the structure make HexTel crews faster and sharper than teams who only manage from behind a desk.

Self-Performing Integration

HexTel self-performs integration on the sites it builds, reducing time on site and scheduling gaps, and giving the customer one accountable team from groundbreak to on-air.

How We Deliver

From scope to acceptance in four steps

One crew owns the site from mobilization through carrier closeout.

01

Scope and prequalify

Scope, state, site count and start window in; a reply within one business day, with the COI, W-9 and prequalification packet on request.

A site list becomes a staffed, sequenced schedule.

02

Mobilize

Crews, rigging, rescue plan and permits staged before the first climb; access and utility dependencies confirmed.

Tailboard signed, rescue kit staged, roles confirmed.

03

Build and integrate

Structure, antenna and line work, fiber and power, then sweep, PIM and commissioning by the same crew.

One crew from groundbreak to on-air.

04

Close out and accept

Photos, tests, labeling, grounding evidence and as-builts captured as the work happens, delivered as a carrier-ready packet.

Acceptance without a punchlist scramble.
